Processing Times

Most stocked items are shipped within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) unless stated otherwise in the product description for items such as ECO premade sabers or custom built sabers

Special Order items

Some products may not be readily available on hand and will require to be special ordered from the manufacturer. The product pages on the web site, cart, and checkout will reflect an estimated shipping date in which the product will be shipped out from us.

Please note that some platforms may be missing such information. If you have made an order which has exceeded the processing time, outside of peak holiday seasons, and are wondering why there is no movement in your order, please check your order status page on a desktop browser.

Delivery Services

For our economy shipping options, we use a local shipping service which handles transit locally and hands it off to various shipping services such as Canada Post, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and various shipping partners depending on the destination.

Most items will ship via such economy shipping options. However if the order exceeds a certain value or size we may opt to use courier services such as UPS or FedEx for transit and delivery.

Destination Countries

For most items such as chassis and components we may ship domestic (Canada), USA, and rest of the world with the exception of items containing batteries. Items such as custom built sabers and ECO premade sabers may only be shipped domestic and USA via ground transportation methods. If you reside outside of these countries and still wish to purchase these items, please reach out to us at and we may work with you to determine if the items can be shipped to you.


All items shipped will include tracking, whether the destination is domestic (Canada), USA, or the rest of the world. The tracking number for the destination delivery service will be provided when the order is fulfilled.

Transit Delays

Any estimated delivery times which are provided are estimates and may not reflect the actual delivery times. If 7 business days (Mon-Fri) has elapsed past the latest estimated delivery date and there is still no updated status on your package. You may reach out to us and we can initiate a trace on the items. Note that this is best effort and the trace may not result in any updates.

Import Taxes, Duties, and Fees

The buyer is responsible for any import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, custom clearances fees, etc. that may be incurred as a result of importing goods into your country. Unfortunately we can not calculate this and do not collect it on checkout.

Please look into the additional costs of importing goods into your country so you are prepared beforehand.

Damage or Lost

In the event that items arrived damaged Stardust Sabers cannot be responsible for any damages, loss, or delay during transit. We do our utmost best to ensure all items are properly packaged and protected but despite best efforts the items may still be damaged or lost.
