Regarding Shop app customers and special orders

Some products may not currently be available on hand and need to be special ordered. This is reflected on the web site's product pages with an estimated ship date as well as in cart and checkout.

The Shop app currently does not display this customization information for the products and you may miss that the product is on special order.

If you recently made a purchase via Shop app please check your order status page on a desktop browser to view additional information such as estimated ship dates for products.
