Returns Policy

If you received an incorrect item or if there are any issues with the item please contact us at stardustsabers@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue and provide support where possible.

If that doesn't end up working out we have a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items upon receipt of the items where you can request a return. Some items may not be eligible for a return or exchange as outlined below in "Ineligible Items".

 

Sending It Back

Upon approval of the return or exchange request you must return the item to us, in its original condition and original packaging where possible. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as the items until it reaches us. For good measure we recommend using a delivery method that can provide tracking as well as insure for the full amount of the items.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items we'll refund the purchase excluding the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days unless there are issues with the returned items in which case we will contact you.

 

Ineligible Items

Some items may not be eligible for a return just by the nature of how they're made. Custom-made items such as a custom installed saber commission or 3D printed items are not eligible for returns. But if you have any issues with the product please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
